What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, we only able to send an invoice for credit card payment payment through PayPal or Square.  Cash payments are accepted at any of our special market place and festival events.


Do you have any physical shop locations?

No, because of the COVID-19 pandemic we are accepting email orders processed via credit/debit card invoice through Paypal or Square and cash payments at our special events, We will be offering contactless FREE delivery service to select locations in the DFW area

What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all flower sales are final, and we do not accept returns. We do, however, accept returns and exchanges for add-ons such as posters, hats and t-shirts and other non-flower gifts within 14 days of purchase.

 

We strive to deliver fresh hemp flowers and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly to resolve any issues.


What are your rush delivery options?

Rush delivery is available for all orders and delivery time ranges from 1-3 business days. Same-day shipping is available for an extra fee. Please note that same-day deliveries must be arranged by phone or in-person at our shop prior to 11:00AM for guaranteed delivery before the end of the day.
